Ready to get your energy back, loose weight, and discover freedom?

I challenge each and every one of you to get in control of your health and take the 30 Days eating clean.

  • NO grains, dairy, sugar, soy, or processed foods
  • Eat 6-cups of vegetables a day
  • Drink half your body weight in ounces daily (ex: drink 80 oz if you are 160 lb)
  • Eat protein at every meal
  • Eat a meal or snack every 2-3 hours
