Liz’s Bio
I’m a creative and nerdy mom and wife based in the pacific northwest. I was born on the east coast but fell in love with the Pacific Northwest in college… so naturally I returned to the east coast and worked for the federal government for just under 8 years. When I burnt out with the government work I moved out west, helped start a company (that didn’t work), tried to do art as a business and when I got pregnant decided to stay home with the kiddo. Despite my unique background and passion for learning I found that my true calling is Mom. I love the job. That being said it’s a tiring job and the effort of growing 3 humans in my belly is no joke! I’ve had a host of physical issues through the years and a ton of injuries. I swear I’d go do something fun come out with a sprained wrist and my friends would be fine… it’s a skill. By the time I gave birth to the third saucy bundle of joy my body was a bit trashed and I needed help. I promptly ignored it and paid the price. Since having a third kid at 42 I’ve had two shoulder surgeries, one knee surgery and chronic pain. This to add to the back surgery, two previous knee surgeries and one breast reduction. In an effort to figure out why my body kept growing bone spurs I reached out to the universe and discovered Sarah Marshall ND! My life is changing for the positive and I’m so grateful to continue on with my healing journey.
