We speak with Golden Ring Snake, Kristin Viken, a gifted teacher and facilitator with over 30 years of rigorous shamanic training and apprenticeship. In a society where we are facing an epidemic lack of sexual education, Kristin and I discuss the misconceptions around sex. We expand beyond the physicality of sexuality to include spiritual sexuality. Kristin challenges the goal oriented approach to sex and encourages us all to explore our sexual selves, emphasizing the importance of imagination, self love, and embracing the flow of sexual energy for a holistic and empowering sexual experience.
