KENDRA: Welcome to HEAL. I’m your producer, Kendra Vicken. In Season 2 of HEAL, Dr. Marshall and her guests dove head first into the world of what we don’t say. And now, in Season 3, she challenged herself to go beyond, into what we haven’t even considered.

TANDA: Every second of every day, we have a choice to either add health to our life or subtract it. And most of us are subtracting from a bank account that's already empty.

CORRI: I have to learn to be with the pain. I have to be okay with the uncomfortable things. And again, that is not just physical. It's relational, it's emotional, it's mental.

SARAH: There's a pretty solid reality to that the human race is in crisis right now.

GUY: There actually is nothing wrong with anybody who has any sort of illness.

KENDRA: This season we talk about fulfilling our dreams, psychic illnesses, money, sacred sex, what works about medicine and what doesn’t.

SARAH: we've been taught to be afraid to speak out against what doesn't work.

CHERI: That just opens up the whole Western pharmaceuticals journey of not addressing what's actually part of healing and just trying to medicate it out.

OLAV: your actions as a human being are completely correlated to how the world shows up for you.

LILIANA: let's see what the body does because it's a negotiation between the body and the spirit. The spirit might say, I have so much more I want to do.

MORGAN:  You may not be having problems, so to speak. However I can, guarantee that you are missing opportunities.

SARAH: Dude isn't it funny, like some of our favorite things are money and sex and we won't talk about 'em.

KENDRA: But we will this season! Above all, hearts will be poured out, wisdom will be exchanged, secrets will be shared, and lessons will be learned. [increase energy of this line]

CORRI: there's nothing wrong with the sadness and the awful and the ugly

SARAH: When the caterpillar turns into a chrysalis, first of all, it does not take very long. I mean, it is like you watch it happen. It's minutes, there's a Caterpillar there. And then five minutes later, there is this green squishy thing hanging from a leaf. And then you realize that like the damn caterpillar is literally dissolving into goop. Yeah. And that's where I'm at right now. I'm in the goop stage.

KENDRA: You’re not going to want to miss Season 3 of HEAL, our best season yet. Join us starting next Thursday wherever you listen to podcasts.
