Cara's calling in life is for people to experience grace and wake up to who they really are. She is the owner of Matsu Love, a business devoted to the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of mothers. Cara believes that the wellness of mothers directly correlates to the wellness of our society, and she is passionate about nourishing the nourishers. As a Professional Aunt to 9 nieces and nephews, Cara has a lot of experience supporting mothers and witnessing the struggles and challenges that women face when transitioning into a new identity after having their first child.
Cara has 17 years of experience working for various organizations as a marketing executive, professional cook, sales associate, program facilitator and personal coach. Throughout her breadth of experience, she has always been passionate about bringing love, joy, and purpose to people's lives. While recovering from alcoholism in 2014, Cara awoke to a new reality of consciousness and personal responsibility. Since that moment of grace, she has explored various modalities of healing and personal growth so that she can continue expanding herself and being of greater service to humanity.
