Helping Mothers reconnect to themselves, their intuition and their bodies with Cara Matsukane

Cara Matsukane and I talk about the missing in our society to fully support parents, and especially mothers. We dive into the opportunity as parents to break the cycles of family patterns, recognizing and consciously choosing what to pass down to future generations. We explore the impact of guilt on wellbeing and the significance of releasing it and the importance of conscious parenting to create healthy attachment. Connection and authenticity. We look at the role of embodiment and the need for mothers to reconnect with their bodies and the addiction to constant activity and filling every moment with something. Join us.
